INTRODUCTION
What is an
umbrella company?
An umbrella company acts as the employer for our contractors and clients’ workers. As an employer, an umbrella company provides a payroll service for their employees (you, the contractor), ensuring every payment and deduction is correct. Be safe in the knowledge that you are being looked after.
